Purchasing Works from Our Online Gallery

OUR ONLINE GALLERY
Maple and Main Gallery is in an historic building in the downtown of the unique village of Chester. We carry on average over 200 works of art per show, but we also carry more art here on our e-commerce website.

*Please note: all art available on this website may not be located in the gallery at the current time. To inquire about a work, please contact the gallery before your visit.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT
Maple & Main ships everywhere in the world and accepts all major credit cards. 

If you would like to purchase a piece from our online gallery, please contact our gallery director, Rachel Carlson at mapleandmain@att.net or 860-526-6065.

If the piece needs to be shipped, she can provide an estimate based on the dimensions, weight and destination. The cost of shipping (and any relevant sales or import tax) is added to your price. We will work with you to make arrangements to get the piece to its destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your art leaves our gallery.

RETURNS
We offer a 7-day return (from date of receipt) on all purchases as long as the work is returned in its original condition to the gallery in Chester, Connecticut, USA, or to the individual artist who may have shipped it directly to you.  

Please return the work in the box in which it was shipped, packaged as received.  If the work was crated, please return crated.

E-mail the gallery mapleandmain@att.net within 48 hours of receipt if you intend to return a work of art within 7 days.  Title your subject line: "RETURN".  We would appreciate knowing the reason for your return. 

Provide a traceable shipping code and an expected date of arrival. 

When the work is received in "as shipped" order, we will refund your original credit card the account of the purchase price plus your original shipping costs. We cannot refund custom fees for your particular country.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the work back to us.  

We will let you know when we have received your return and credited your account.

EXCEPTIONS
With regard to negotiated commissions and the special casting of sculpture, Maple and Main's general return policy does not pertain.  In these cases, a return policy, if agreed to, will be determined by the individual artist who accepts the commission or casts the work.
